Building a Personal Medicine Wheel for Spiritual Practice offered through the understandings of Mark A. Dyer
The Sacred Hoop, the Four Seasons , The Four Stages of Life, The Seven Directions ; in every ancient culture all these have played enormous symbolic roles. Native Americans of many tribes, for thousands of years, have utilized a symbolic practice called The Medicine Wheel-or Sacred Hoop- which symbolizes the sacred directions.

Mark shares the wisdom voice of the Cherokee or Tslagi people. His deep understanding of the Medicine Wheel comes from dawn and dusk walking the sacred hoop. The Medicine Wheel creates a template for understanding our world. It is a place where we are grateful for all that we experience. As a three feather, [ white, black and native lineage] his inclusive view nourishes all in the way of right relationship, helping us reawaken and remember the voice of gratitude.

Trillium are in bloom now on our nature trail!!
