Mahatma Gandhi's Legacy

Dr S.N. Subba Rao, Gandhi Peace Institute

 Subba Rao's headquarters is in New Delhi at the Gandhi Peace Institue ; he is now in the USA until the end of September, conducting youth camps and raising funds for his Indian work. Lakeshore Interfaith Institute/Mother's Trust, is honored to host, on Sunday, September 3, at 11am, the famous  peace activist and Gandhi Peace Fellow, Dr. S.N. Subba Rao of New Delhi India Sunday, September 3, at 11am

Dr Subba Rao will discuss the enduring legacies of both Mahatma Gandhi and Gandhi's foremost disciple, Acharya Vinobhave. Dr Subba Rao actively worked with both  of these great non-violent Indian reformers and is himself now famous in India for his National Youth Project  which utilises huge youth camps  and charitable work projects on a vast scale, as a means of integrating the many and diverse ethnic groups of India.

At noon  Reverend Leah Simontal will conduct an Interfaith Worship Service utilizing music,  readings , prayers and meditations from several World Faith Traditions.
