	BENEFIT CONCERT FEATURES ECLECTIC PERFORMERS
The Lakeshore Interfaith Institute, presents its silent auction benefit concert, Sunday, December 11th, at 2 pm at Mother's Trust, 6676 122nd Ave. Ganges, MI. Admission to the concert is $5. Featured will be an eclectic array of performers including singer/guitarist and songwriter Yvonne Blasy, the vocal sounds of the Schrock Brothers, the jazz duo of Jim Cooper and Tim King, the Sufi duo Cosmic Sojourner, Hindu Bhajans sung by Meera Patricia Kerr, old time Scottish/Irish music with Tinker's Tea and interfaith peace prayers with Dena Blay-Stroba and Jim Cooper. The concert will conclude with drumming for peace. Everyone is encouraged to participate by bringing his or her own drum or percussion instrument. "We are so fortunate to have a place like Mother's Trust," says concert organizer Jim Cooper. "The money raised at both the auction and the concert will be used to pay for operating expenses during the year and we're doubly excited because we have a matching funds donor."
The concert coincides with the last day to bid on holiday items that are on display. Proceeds from the concert will help with operating costs at Mothers Trust, Lakeshore Interfaith Institute.
