| We will begin a discussion focused on what religious practices would be relevant in a post-petroleum age. We are entering a time of momentous change. As Americans who have been accustomed to always having more of all material things, we will have to adapt to having less. What spiritual practices or religious traditions can help us adapt to this sudden change as oil becomes prohibitively expensive? How can we move from denial of this emerging reality to a full and courageous embrace of this new phase in our life on planet earth? --Maynard and Barbara |
