Working with Maha-Mantras and Serenity Movements
 
This program will explore the origins of the maha-mantras, how to use them, why we use them and the practical and spiritual  benefits of chanting maha-mantras.  Plus we will actually do some group chanting.
 
The Serenity Movements are very easy exercises that will give one's body more strength and flexiblity.  They are done standing up and can be done by almost everyone - even those with very stiff joints.
