The seminar will answer the following important key questions.

  • Why do we get frustrated, sad, annoyed, aggravated, and upset in our lives?
  • What changes do we need to make in our lives, so that we lead a happy and peaceful life? Five guiding principles to make our life happy.
  • How to avoid and handle those circumstances, which disturbs and aggravates our mind?
  • Can we live a happy life on a daily and weekly basis, while delivering a daily and weekly performance at job and at home? If yes, then how?
  • What attitudes do we generally have while dealing with our friends, colleagues, family members and neighbors? How to change our attitudes to create happiness and satisfaction?

The event is broken into the two parts: Lecture (11:00 am – 12:00 noon) and Workshop (2:00 pm – 4:00 pm). During workshop all participants will be allowed to share their experiences. Event detail is listed below.
